Federal Minister for Resources and Energy Martin Ferguson announced the appointment.

“As the new Chief Executive Officer, Ms Cutler will bring to NOPSA outstanding strategic leadership and managerial skills,” Mr Ferguson said.

Ms Cutler has over 27 years of experience in the petroleum and financial services industries, her most recent position as a Senior Executive for Woodside Petroleum, a subsidiary of Woodside Energy.

Before joining Woodside, Ms Cutler was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Plum Financial Services and previously Chief Executive Officer of JMIFA SuperPartners.
