Metgasco has entered into its first gas sale agreement from its Casino Gas Project in PEL 16, northern New South Wales.
Metgasco will supply local dairy manufacturing company Richmond Dairies with natural gas as energy supply for its manufacturing process. The term of the agreement is ten years, with gas sales planned to commence in 2012.

The gas supply infrastructure is expected to tie-in to the development of Metgasco’s 30 MW Richmond Valley Power Station (RVPS) project, which will supply gas-fired power to the town of Casino, where the company’s CSG field is located.
