FutureGAS keynote speaker Tim Leshchyshyn will present a one-off, full-day master class on the Technical aspects of shale reservoir development and fracturing diagnostics and their meaning, to be held on 30 March 2012 in Brisbane following the FutureGAS Conference and Exhibition.
The intimate and interactive master class is an opportunity for project managers, operations officers, engineers and drilling specialists to learn cutting-edge techniques from Canada’s foremost fracturing innovator and CEO and President of Fracturing Horizontal Completions Inc.
Mr Leshchyshyn is the holder of over 15 patents of fracturing technology and has released the largest production tied fracturing, completions and drilling database for Canada, including scanned well files and various reports, which were used to come up with the details for this training course.
Mr Leshchyshyn has had a successful career in presenting informative training presentations to:
- Alberta Innovates Technology Future, Alberta Research Council
- Pemex, Mexico
- Delcuadra, Hungary
- Cuadrilla, England
- Tamboran, Ireland
- and many Canadian well operators.
Mr Leshchyshyn is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers Geologists Geophysicists Alberta,
Society Petroluem Engineers Board of Directors and the Canadian Society of Unconventional Gas subcommittee chair. Within these roles, he has helped to organise conferences, courses and technical events. Experience includes teaching courses, leading groups of consultants or client engineers to optimise fractures.
